We created a healthy, easy to digest with 36 hours of fermentation sourdough pizza dough that everybody can use.
We were asked many times if we sell A's Pizza Dough. Our signature pizza dough is hard to work with unless you're an experienced pizzaiolo, so we don't want to disappoint our customers with that.
A's Sourdough Pizza Dough went through a few testing phases to make sure that everybody can work with it. We adjusted our recipe so it can be frozen and when you use it, it will come back as if it was never been frozen.
We also tested for portable pizza oven use, and for house (kitchen) oven use as well. If you use it in a portable pizza oven, it gives you a slightly different result (softer crust), than if you use it in a kitchen oven (crispier crust), just because of the engineering of these ovens.
Below you can see what you can make with A's Sourdough Pizza dough, you can click on one of the buttons below, and the button takes you to our online store where you can purchase Frozen A's Sourdough Pizza Dough (pick up only on Thursday or Fridays depending on our trucking day), or you can read more about the health benefits and other information about sourdough. Chef Akos has a blog, he helps you create the best sourdough pizza/calzone/pita bread/breadsticks/flatbread.
Just a reminder: we are a pizza truck with very limited space. We can only make and store limited amount of pizza dough every week.
Important! Please bring a cooler bag when you pick up your Sourdough Pizza Dough! They can thaw fast.
We highly recommend to not to take out the dough from the package, when you want to make something from the dough. Put the individually packaged frozen pizza dough on your countertop, or in the fridge. If you take the frozen dough out from the plastic packaging, you need to cover it, so it won't get dry. So it's so much easier just to leave it in the bag until you're ready to use it.
We also suggest to use it after it thawed and don't keep it in the fridge for more than 24 hours.
After it thawed, you can make pizza, calzone, ciabatta bread, etc (read below)
Greek pizza in Portable outdoor pizza oven. Here's how we made it:

A's Sourdough Pizza dough is perfect for making pita bread in a portable outdoor pizza oven. How cool is that?
We love our flatbread with olive oil and some seasoning. Perfect with chilly and/or soups.
You can make French Flatbread (Fougasse) as well
Do you need snack ideas? A's Sourdough Breadsticks with a nice dip are just perfect.
When you need a healthy sandwich for work, for school, etc. ciabatta buns are for the win.
We were asked many times if A's Sourdough Pizza Dough is suitable for making for example cinnamon buns. The answer is unfortunately no. A's Sourdough is definitely suitable for making ciabatta buns, pita bread, etc. Pastry dough is sweet and has fat in it. So we decided that we're going to offer A's Sourdough Sweet Dough.
Whose it is for?
A's Sourdough Sweet Dough is everybody who wants to make homemade treats for the family but don't have the time to make pastry dough, or who don't know how to make one. Sourdough dough is always a healthier choice because it's easier on the digestive system.
A's Sourdough Sweet Dough is 100% natural, meaning we never use baker's yeast, baking powder, etc in any of our sourdough products! We don't want to compromise the health benefits of the sourdough.
You can order A's Sourdough Sweet Dough frozen from our online store

You'll get 3, individually packed, frozen dough. You can make cinnamon buns, Bombolini, or almost any stuffed pastry with it.
All you have to do is thaw a dough and start making your homemade pastry. You don't have to wait, further proofing is not needed.
The only thing you have to be careful is when you make bombolini, you have to shape the dough gently, not to break structure of the sourdough.
