A perfect vegetarian sandwich/ appetizer. It can become a vegan sandwich/appetizer if you leave out the Mozzarella Pearls or if you add vegan cheese to it.
Serve with A's Sourdough Bread of Baguette for the ultimate experience.

You'll prepare the veggies in your oven, then you'll blend the ingredients in our (Ninja) blender. Finally serve it with A's Sourdough Croutons (if you like spicy, add the Jalapeno-cheddar ones). Quick, easy, and healthy soup.
